You need to get into see a urologist for a full evaluation. Recurrent urinary tract infections can be caused by incomplete bladder emptying, bladder tumors, and kidney stones most commonly. You will need a CT scan as well as a bladder scope called cystoscopy to figure out what is your underlying cause. This is the only way to determine how to definitively treat them. Hope this helps and let me know if you have questions.
