Nocturia how to manage

Nocturia can be caused by several things. The most common would be the intake of fluids within four hours of bedtime. You need to make sure that you don't drink anything within four hours of bedtime and completely empty her bladder before you go to bed. If you do all this, then the next best option would be to see a urologist to consider being started on a medication called Flomax which can help to stop you from getting up to urinate at night. Hope this helps and let me know if you have questions.
