I had a urethral diverticulum removed a week ago....why can I feel my stitches inside on the bottom of my vaginal opening? I'm confused....shouldn't it be at the top?

Yes, the stitches should typically be at the top of the vaginal wall. I don't know why you feel on the bottom of event the stitches may be long and you just maybe feeling them course down to the bottom of the vagina.
