urinating constantly

In this case, I would recommend that you go see your urologist for a discussion to see whether not you would be a candidate for Botox injections into the bladder. Botox has been indicated for overactive bladder that does not respond to oral medications. It is highly effective to control your condition. Hope this helps.

How safe is Botox?
Expert:  Dr. Y. replied 1 year ago.

It is very safe. The biggest downside is the potential for retention of urine which may require you to catheterize yourself temporarily until the Botox wears down a little bit. You should discuss this option with your urologist.
