Have you had your prostate examined and PSA checked to screen for prostate cancer?

no pain and no PSA issues when I have my physical

If your prostate is normal on exam and the PSA s fine, then this is nothing to worry about. This is likely just inflammation of the ejaculatory ducts or prostate that is not harmful . This bleeding is harmless to you. Hope this helps.
