Here is a correction
So if you are "normal" according to the urologist, the symptoms can be part of a pelvic neuropathy/pain syndrome.
The doctor to see if this is the case is an MD of physical medicine and rehabilitation. He/she can determine if there are pelvic structural problems that can be corrected with manual medicine, which will often alleviate the pressure on nerves involved.
Another option is a cranial osteopath that does physical adjustment as 100% of is practice.
