Those sores you posted do not look like any sort of sexual transmitted disease. This looks more like skin abrasions from either intercourse or masturbation. If your urine is cloudy, this indicates that you have an infection of some sort. You need to get into see a doctor for an exam and a urine culture as well as STD testing and you should be empirically covered with antibiotic such as a azithromycin, ceftriaxone, and Flagyl to cover for the most common STDs. The most common STDs or gonorrhea, chlamydia, and Trichomonas. Hope this helps and let me know if you have questions.
