Did the cyst have any enhancement on the CT scan?
Did they say there was a mass in the adrenal gland?

If there is no enhancement in that cyst, then I don't see any indication to remove it. But I would have to actually be able to see the images to make this final determination. You should really doublecheck with your urologist first. As for what is going on in the adrenal gland, there is no such term as inomogen node. I don't know what they are seeing in the adrenal gland.
