What did he use for lube?
If the irritation was caused by the lube, this would have resolved in a day or 2. So it is likely not the lube. If you had milky discharge, this is suspicious for either gonorrhea or chlamydia that was not picked up on your testing (especially since you responded to antibiotics). It sounds like you are getting better and should give it another couple of weeks for the inflammation to go away and the burning should stop. You can take ibuprofen to help the burning go away. If the discharge continues, then you need to be retested for all the STDs again. Hope this helps and let me know if you have questions.
