Your problem is due to medical condition notice Peyronie's disease which is due to the development of scar tissue on the penis from microtrauma you may not have recognized or trauma that you may have recognized during intercourse. This process can be slowed down through the use of medications such as trental. You need to see a urologist for examination to determine if you are a candidate for this. Unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done about the dent in the penis unless it is severe enough that you warrant surgery to straighten out a severely curved penis. If this is the case, they can cut the dented area out and sew a piece of tissue graft into the area to replace the dent. You need to see a urologist to see how severe your case is. Hope this helps.
