There is really nothing that causes your penis to become smaller or retract when doing active things. I have never heard of this. This can happen to the testicles however. If your penis is looking smaller, it may be from suprapubic fat causing it to look smaller. The only way to fix this is to lose weight. No medications or surgeries are going to help you. Hope this helps.
