This does sound like you may have stress urinary incontinence. I would recommend seeing a urologist for an exam and they can determine if you are a candidate for a simple surgical procedure called a urethral sling to help prevent this leakage. This is assuming that you have religiously done your Kegel exercises and they no longer are helping you. Hope this helps.
