If you are circumcised, I doubt this is a paraphimosis (although I have seen it happen in men with redundant foreskin after a circumcision. It is likely that the tight cock ring caused temporary blockage of the lymphatic drainage of the penis, which is making you swell up. This may take a week or 2 to resolve and you just need to keep the penis and scrotum elevated on a towel when you are lying down.. However, because I cannot examine you, you should have a urologist examine you to make sure this is not a paraphimosis. Hope this helps.
