Yes, the rise in your PSA is concerning. You need to see a urologist to have a prostate biopsy done to rule out prostate cancer as the cause of your elevated PSA. Also, because you have had blood in your urine, you should have a CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis and cystoscopy to evaluate for the source of the bleeding.
