Please be patient, as I may be in the operating room or driving but will get back to you ASAP. If you do not want a circumcision, then there is only one real option to treat this. This is to try a 2 month trial of steroid cream to the tight ring to see if you can get it to loosen up. This sometimes works, but not all the time. I would consider doing this as an alternative to circumcision. Hope this helps.

Stretching does not work. Just ask your urologist for a rx, as he likely will give it to you. you just apply the cream with your finger. The frenular band is normal but would be removed with surgery.
