VerifiedThis is called phimosis. Common issue that can interfere with sex and urination in some patients. I would see a urologist to be examined and to have the severity of the phimosis assessed. Sounds mild. If it is mild, sometimes applying a lubricant or ointment to the penile tip and skin edges can resolve the issue. In other cases, a circumcision or incision into the tight foreskin can be necessary.
