VerifiedYou need to try to keep the foreskin pulled over the head of the penis or you can get what is called a paraphimosis which is an emergent condition that needs to be treated or the constricting band can cut off the blood supply to the end of the penis. I would recommend that you go to see a urologist as soon as possible to have this evaluated as you may need a circumcision to prevent this from happening. If you are in a lot of pain or there is a lot of swelling I would recommend going to the ER now to have it looked at. Hope this helps.
this condition is called phimosis. People can have this happen spontaneously, but it is commonly seen in diabetics. Creams will likely not solve the problem. The definitive treatment is to have a circumcision done which will remove that band of tissue.
