Epithelial cells mean possible contamination of the speciman. This could cause the WBC's in the specimen. 4-10 RBC's are slightly on the high side. You should not have bacteria in the urine. I recommend a urine culture and if needs be repeating the UA with a catheterized specimen. Hope this helps.
