Hi Jo,
I had a car accident 24 October 2019, my fault, my car was written off, then status of my changed to involved in accident. It's along story. I am dealing with 3 very difficult companies. Broker- Grove and Dean, Insurance-Markerstudy and Claims -Crusader Asistance.

I had whiplash and having chiropractor treatment currently. I asked for medical cost help, it was refused.

I asked legal assistance help because I'm finding it very difficult to deal with all 3 companies. They have put me through a lot. So much that my right arm was like I had stoke, was not able to write or lift things. I'm a lot better now but still my motor skill are not how it was before.

I have a lot of question to ask, to start with- please look at the documents and advise me that what they are cover/don't cover in a friendly language.

Ok, so its a claim and its your fault.

Unless you had medical insurance then you wont be covered.

That is what the NHS is for.

What is the insurance cover for? I am seeing chiropractor last couple of months, paying it myself.
I have a lot of questions to ask but I need to leave in 5/10 minutes.
The insurance written off my car, there were quite a few disputes, I got my car back from the insurance garage. The insurance company change the status of my car-being in an accident. I had my car repaired and paid for it myself. The insurance company still says my car is still total loss-Is this legal?

I thought it said I coul claimI thought I could claim medical expenses up to £200Also, how they can write off my car, it it’s repaired and I have the log book, They haven’t paid me any money?Actually it’s not clear for medical expenses fault or non fault

I asked the insurance company to provide me all of the data they hold about me and my car, but some info wasn't provided, company sensitive, data protection, etc, can the do it?
