I am due in court tomorrow with driving offences however the court order has my name misspelt and the evidence is all over the place when it comes to spelling my name. What do I do?

Basically the court notice is spelt as James Klaassen-White when legally my name is ***** ***** Klaassen White.The error is also all over the evidence, the Police Officer spells it as Klassen-White as well.
