How can I help with this please?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Have got an escalated response by parking eye company to parking ticket appeal failure and they are using County Court judgement to Northampton to proceed
I have had much medical appointments (Pain Clinic, Extreme dental, redundancy pending) to contend with and I just want to solve this now, I cannot have credit problems over something so unnecessarily punitive and unjust. I aware now that these parking companies have had advantage over consumers recently

I've been told that after paying I could get some form to try overturn but risk of failure in getting CCJ removed by appeal?
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.

Do they actually have a CCJ against you?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It's very unclear at first
I am very stressed with my job at present (redundancy) so I've contacted these people; how do I get done with the least possible damage to myself ?
Expert:  Jo C. replied 1 year ago.

OK. That is a CCJ then.

Did you get the summons?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Cannot confirm or deny but am stressed with job things (reorganisation redundancy after reinterview for job) so am feeling very vulnerable
I have to keep my affairs as clean as possible for future
I can offer to pay off what is best , just to clean this mess up
The car park in question was having lots of roadworks, lighting poor and signage poorly lit obscured
This firm Parking Eye is one of biggest private parking firm/ companies
In UK and have a reputation for unfair treatment of consumers /customers with their practices 3-4 years ago they were featured on BBC's Watchdog
(Sorry now travelling next 45 mins)
I'll try to be more informative

I've had previous experience of how this firm operates , a ticket from an Aldi car park in 2013 which I got quashed (being a paying customer)
This ticket refers to a Catford car park owned by shops Harvey's furniture, PC World after work January 2015 when I'd been researching sofas and computer stuff. The staff therein refused to get involved after I took in this ticket for using their car park minutes over a supposed limit . Their signage was obscured by roadworks and poor lighting. Parking Eye claim a ridiculously high loss £200 ,when the surrounding roads would have had free parking at 6 and it was very dark. It's a free car park normally some supermarkets Somerfields have cancelled contracts with this company who seem to deliberately mislead. I don't see why me and my family should have to bear such unreasonable punishment and loss. In the past Parking Eye has been heavily criticised by the BPAs code of practice

All I need to know is whether you got the summons or not?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I tried to send response with 2 PDFs of original ticket earlier but may not have gone
