ive been caught speeding twice in 2 minutes travelling in the same direct ion once 38 in a 30 the other 39 in a 30 what can I do?

There is an argument that one continuous act of driving in one direction amounts to one offence as the law doesn't actually require you to go past a point of enforcement.
However, that isn't what happened here. You were travelling in one direction and then on the way back and so, on any reading, the chain of events were broken.
In any event though, they have never accepted the former argument to my knowledge and also they could argue that the offence in aggravated by prolonged speeding and charge it as a matter of driving without due care.
I'm very sorry but that is your position.
