I parked yesterday/saturday/ on a single yellow line at 2.30pm

Customer Question

I parked yesterday/saturday/ on a single yellow line at 2.30pm next to Bond street station/ city of westminster/. Now, I've got a penalty charge notice saying that a civil enforcement officer believed that i've parked in a restricted street during prescribed hours therefore my penalty charge is £130.
I've checked on tfl website and it says there that it is permitted to park on a single yellow line on saturdays after 1.30 pm.
I would need help to write a challenge
thank you
