Hello and welcome to the site.
Thank you for requesting I help you with your question.
Please advise if you were filing CT600 using both the accounts service and computations service available on HMRC software?
Many thanks

Thank you for your prompt reply.
This is unusual error if you have used the accounts service. I am happy to review your file again before you try to resend it.
You may wish to contact helpline to ascertain if there is a glitch of some sort. I have never encountered this error in all the time I have filed CT600s for my clients using HMRC software.
please let me know.
many thanks

Never been encountered before? - that doesn't sound good. Yes, I was planning to contact HMRC and ask them on monday. If I get nowhere with them I will let you know. Thanks.

hi, called up hmrc, they took the details and said they would get back to me. I decided to redo the whole form myself and submitted it, it was successful this time. Hopefully it wont cause a problem if/when hmrc do get back to me. Thanks for your help anyway.
