Foreign Income page for the period 01/09/2010 to 05/04/2011 to declare the foreign income and foreign tax paid
You should also have completed a P85 for HMRC on leaving the UK for them to determine your residency status (and whether you remained liable to UK tax on all income ) for the period of work away - if you did not do this link for P85 here

Plus you will do the same after 05/04/2012 - for the whole year - which includes the period abroad from 06/04/2011 to 31/08/2011 and back in UK from 01/09/2011 to 05/04/2012
