Is the company you work for a UK based company and you are being paid through a UK payroll ? If so you will be required to pay class 1 NIC for the first 52 weeks.
Although your earnings may be paid tax free by your employer, you would need to qualify as not-resident/not ordinarily resident in order for those earnings (and any other overseas income) to be UK tax exempt. To qualify both your employment and absence must last at least one complete tax year ie 6th April to the following 5th April). Visits to the UK must be less than 183 days in any one tax year and less than 91 days on average per annum. You should also ensure that any non-incidental duties of your employment are not carried out in the UK particularly if you have accommodation available for your use in the UK at the same time as this will jeopardise your non-residence claim.
As for your vacation entitlement this is something you will have to discuss with your employer. Bank holidays are not always given by employers on top of annual holiday entitlement and therefore your employer can insist they are taken out of your annual holiday.
