Customer Question

Second opinion] Hi. I am currently in a dispute with my neighbour regarding a restrictive covenant that I'm sure you have seen hundreds of times but to me it just sounds like legal jargon
JA: What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: Sorry in the UK didn't realise
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: Hi I am in a process of buying a property but my conveyancer has found that the property has a restrictive covenant clause in it and I have no idea what this means. Could you please advice me on this and what are the implications involved and what effect will it have when resale.
