I purchased bedroom furniture daughter from homes direct

Customer Question

I purchased bedroom furniture for my daughter from homes direct 365, unfortunately after just over 6 months of use, the bed broke while my daughter was sleeping. When I contacted them they said that there was nothing they can do and suggested contacting a joiner to fix it.
The bed is not fit for purpose and I would like a full refund.
What are my rights?
Many thanks
Emma Moule-Carmichael.

Have they offered no solution at all? No refund, no repair, no replacement, nothing?

How did you pay for it? By card, was it credit card or debit card?
