HelloI work for a small letting agency and we have a problem with one of our Landlords.
We have a 3 year lease for an HMO house, that will come to an end on the 31st Dec 2016. Now LL wants to terminate the lease and gave us a 2 month notice. He stated that he wants to sell the property asap. Yesterday LL had a meeting with the tenants and told them that they would need to leave the property in 2 months according to notice he had given to us.
My question is: what can we do in this situation?

Do you let the whole property from him and then sublet to tenants on ASTs or licences?What is notice in each agreement?Is this 1st mention of a sale?
