I have a long term agreement to rent my home with a company.
The company is being sued .
If found guilty will i be exited from my property because the landlord needs to sell the asset to pay the legal fines?
I have never defaulted on payments .
I have five years left on my agreement.

If the landlord is forced to sell then your long term tenancy will be binding on the purchaser unless there are provisions in it that allow early termination. teh buyer will no greater right than your existing landlord to get possession
