10 years ago we bought a leasehold property on an estate

Customer Question

10 years ago we bought a leasehold property on an estate built specifically for second homes. Our garden backs onto a large SSI lake. The freeholder has decided to create an access to the lake immediately next to our house for boats to be launched directly into the water. The freeholder has also brought a commercial company onto the site that rents a huge number of canoes out and directs them to use this path/launch next to our house. It is overwhelmingly noisy, used constantly and allows people to walk into our garden, which has even been used as a loo. Does this infringe our right to the quiet enjoyment of our property. Would we have any right to ask them to move it. Thank you.
