I'm am the executor and sole beneficiary on my fathers will I'm trying to find out if there are any charges on the property ?

Yes the property is registered ,I have received a copy but on the charges register it refers back to a equitable charge with the home office from 1989 and subsides in 1992,or for a further period theremin mentioned ,the house was a former prison officers house which was bought from the home office by my father who was a prison officer
