I was living overseas and had a tenant agreement signed in

Customer Question

I was living overseas and had a tenant agreement signed in September 2014. On 13th April 2015my letting agent told me via email the the tenants wanted to leave and a friend can take their place. I asked him when they wanted to leave as I'm coming back to England in June and wanted to have my flat back. I asked the letting agent to serve notice to tenant which they did. I have come back and now found out that some other tenants are living at my flat and have a forged tenancy agreement for a year and are also claiming housing benefit and refusing to leave. What can I do
