hi i live in a semi detached house, both of us have a drive way at each end, but there is a foot path which runs to our front door, then next door have install a metal gate from our path to there front door. in 2002 a deed of rectification was made,it makes 6 points mainly about this being a supplement ,to the original but point 4 stats "the principle conveyance had annex thereto a plan purporting to delineate the property thereby conveyed. the said plan identified a joint pedestrian right of wain common with number*****however the pathway falls solely within the boundary of our house" number 3. point 5 states "the amended plan identifies the property and said right of way." then the deed states "now this deed witnesses as follows" first point refers to the amended plan the 2nd point and this is the part i need clarification on "in clause 1 of the principle conveyance the words ' to pass and repass on foot only over the land coloured yellow shall be deleted "point 3 say all ease stays the same an i ok to redesign by drive as i need tp block the path off. thanks
