have a tennant living at my home since 1989,i did have short hold tenacy for 6 months but due to my travelling i left the home,i pay the mortgage no rent payed,tryed to evict due to lack of funds copped out,i lived in a caravan for 9 years,can i return to my home as i have no were to live.
