Customer Question
Can I do anything about...
Can I do anything about my neighbours children running and jumping for several hours a day in the flat above me? The local council say it is 'normal noise' but we believe it to be too much and too loud. They did have wooden flooring, but this was removed after a year. However, they still have hard flooring down and the thumping noise is awful, and very constant. We have lowerered our ceiling to help, but this hasn't made much difference.. If nothing can be done, then will I be able to sell the property?
