I am trying to get...
I am trying to get out of pocket expenses from upstairs landlord whose washing machine leaked into my flat below. Just managed to get their names from Land Registry (neither the letting agent or tenant have been forthcoming with their names etc), but not their address. Now I have their names, can I serve a small claims procedure on them C/O the letting agent
