BEST COURSE OF ACTION WHEN...
BEST COURSE OF ACTION WHEN TENANT'S 6-MONTH AST HAS EXPIRED BUT I ONLY GAVE 1 MONTH'S NOTICE TO LEAVE, ALBEIT STATING THAT TENANT HAD BROKEN SEVERAL CONDITIONS OF TENANCY. TENANT HAS BEEN ADVISED TO STAY IN MY HOUSE & THAT I HAVE TO GIVE 2 MONTHS NOTICE THAT CANNOT BE BACK-DATED. MUST THIS NOTICE BE IN A PRESCRIBED MANNER? AM I BEST USING A SECTION 8 NOTICE OR A SECTION 21?
