My glow worm 30sxi has lost pressure to 0.4bar and is not producing much needed hot water. Not sure what to do. Central heating not working either

Contractor's Assistant: How long has this been going on? And how severe is the problem?

Just today. Just now I think

I’ve got no one else to assist me so yes

Boiler has been working fine. A workman plumbed in a new towel heater in a bathroom on Friday. Would that cause it?
