My glow worm boiler 18hxi has stopped working. I thought

Customer Question

my glow worm boiler 18hxi has stopped working. I thought perhaps as it is the coldest night thus far, it may be due to ice build up in the condensate pipe but my partner says this drans into the house system and should not be that cold
JA: What's the make and model? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: !8 hxi and it is below freezing outside
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: lol no
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Well, when you swich the OI dial on the left hand side - the on off switch i think, it transiently reads 8.8bar then reverts back to reading the current temperatiure of the water - 18 now

8.8 bar?
Can you confirm the filling loop has not been left turned on?
Customer: replied 11 months ago.

How do you fill it when the pressure is low?
