Ive got an old baxi instant 80HE. Losing pressure on DHW

Customer Question

Hi Ive got an old baxi instant 80HE. Losing pressure on DHW setting
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: The over flow pipe releases water when pressure is above 0.5bar intermittent issue becoming more frequent with time
JA: How long has this been going on? And how severe is the problem?
Customer: 4 months. What do you mean severe/?
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes im not entering the combustion chamber though due to regs nor work on the gas system at all
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: no i think thats all. The two red light on the model come on but I've researched that and it is meant to indicate a low pressure fault.
