Do you have any answers for me yet?

Is it only for the shower?

Is it a thermostatic mixer?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
No, they are thermostatic showers but cuts out even if we turn the hot water tap on or when the heating is on. The washing machine can be on and it cuts out??
Expert:  Andrew Smith replied 6 months ago.

ok, sounds like it is overheating - perhaps due to a scaled up hot water heat exchanger.

If this was the case then boiler would run flat out to try and heat the water up and then overheat.

How old is the boiler and has it been descaled before?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Hi, thank you for getting back to me. We have descaled the heat exchanger but this has not worked. It is still tripping out and when it is on, it doesn't get up to temperature??
