We have a system with boiler in the kitchen and megaflo in

Customer Question

JA: Hello. How can we be of help?
Customer: We have a system with boiler in the kitchen and megaflo in the loft. Central heating has stopped but hot water still available. The motorised valve in the kitchen seems ok. Would there be another valve in the loft? Is there a way to override and get heating back temporarily? Thanks.
JA: How long has this been going on? And how severe is the problem?
Customer: 24 hours - we have no heating. It's getting cold.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: The company who installed our system can't get anyone here until tuesday. I just want to be able to get heating back from time to time until then.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: No

There should be one on the heating and one on the water unless it is a 3 port valve?
