Are you able to take the transmitter off the wall and sit it by the receiver and see if you can get the two units to resync

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
The transmitter is mobile and receiver is hard wired into element.the Sunvic receiver shows Red & green light....
Expert:  Andrew Smith replied 10 months ago.

is the transmitter now sitting next to the receiver?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
it's not attached to the wall and mobile.

With the two units sat next to each other can you go through the reset procedure again and see if they resync?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
I've done a battery pull and powered everything up to resynq still a green & red LED on... just doesn't seem to talk to each other
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
When I press reset button on unit it does click off the green LED on receiver.
Expert:  Andrew Smith replied 10 months ago.

ok, short answer - it is broken.

An easy fix by replacing the pair but not so easy if you want to try and find out which one of the pair is faulty.

Sometimes cheaper to replace with something on offer but easier to replace with a like-for-like as the backplate will be the same therefore no wiring alterations.

Thanks. Will get onto the landlord.

no problem, at least you can use your heating manually until you can get it swapped
