Just tried all this, and although there was an audible click

Customer Question

Hi pearl, just tried all this, and although there was an audible click when we 'tested, we are now left with a green light and an orange light on the Siemens RCR10/433
It was installed in 2009
The central heating worked briefly over the weekend ( for the first time since April, we haven't needed it since then), but now however high we turn the RDH1DRF the CH won't come on
We're still getting hot water from our Heatrae Sadia megaflow and the Worcester Bosch Greenstar 30CDI boiler seems still to be working (no error messages, pressure about 1.5 bar)
Can you help please?

JA: How old is the appliance? Have you gotten error messages before?
Customer: Boiler installed 2009, no error messages before
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Well if it's just a problem with the controller...I've already changed to completely new batteries in it
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Haven't had the boiler and radiators serviced for about 3 years

Are you able to take the transmitter off the wall and place it under the boiler to see if the two units resync?
