Customer: It happens a few times each month. Plumber has been to seen, does a little smth, but the boiler eventually errors. Time for a new boiler?
JA: How old is the appliance? Have you gotten error messages before?
Customer: Maybe 18 months. Yes have had error messages on-off for a while.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: No. Tbh my landlord is not very proactive.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?

E7 Error is possibly low pressure you need to check the gauge and use the filling loop to fill it up. if its happening frequently then you have a leak in the system somwhere. F14 and P are as far as I am aware just the start up codes for instance F14 is the software version. An 18 month old boiler should not be due for replacement. it should be ok for many years to come.
