Customer Question

Hi can someone please help me? My pressure has dropped in my boiler and I was told to simply turn the yellow and black valves anti clockwise and the water will kick in. My neighbour usually fixes it for me and she hasn't ever used screwdrivers or spanners etc but I can't seem to turn the black valve by hand. Am I trying to turn the wrong thing? Thanks in advance

Do you have the make and model of the boiler?

Can you upload a picture of the valves you are talking about?
