A bit of advice would be great,I'm removing my power shower

Hi a bit of advice would be great,I'm removing my power shower from my bathroom and replacing it with a shower bar direct from combi boiler,my question is can I use the power showers power supply to feed a bathroom shaver socket by replacing the shower isolator with a 3amp switched fcu,then wiring from the fcu in 1.5 mm twin and Earth cable to the shaver socket thanks the best jake

I forgot to mention,the shower power supply cable is a 10mm cable and is protected by a 45a rcd

Getting back to you the three amp is correct and required . Some try to save a few quid by omitting it but it is not correct to do so.
