I have a problem with my Worcester Heatslave 20/25 oil fired

Customer Question

Hi. I have a problem with my Worcester Heatslave 20/25 oil fired combi boiler. Irrespective of the hot water temperature setting on the dial, the water to taps is sometimes very hot and sometimes tepid. The shower usually starts warm for 30 seconds then goes tepid. The hot water flow pipe reflects these changes. I've had the thermostatic cartridge replaced on the shower so it appears to be okay. Could the problem lie with the domestic hot water control thermostat in the boiler? Any thoughts welcomed.
Thank you.
