Heatslave 18/25, The lock out light is on as the oil ran

Customer Question

Heatslave 18/25
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: The lock out light is on as the oil ran out. We now have oil but there is an air bubble in the pipe. I need to suck the oil through but can't figure out which part on the front of the boiler to pull it through
JA: OK got it. Last thing — Plumbers generally expect a deposit of about $18 to help with your type of question (you only pay if satisfied). Now I'm going to take you to a page to place a secure deposit with JustAnswer. Don't worry, this chat is saved. After that, we will finish helping you.

Follow the copper pipe, it will end in a valve and a flex normally.

If you turn off the valve and disconnect the far end of the flex you should be able to bleed it into a tub if you are gravity fed.

If it is not like this then can you upload a picture?
